Awaiting the big day....

Tonight is Christmas Eve and tomorrow is the big day! However, I've had a super busy week already! Last weekend Grandpa and Grandma came to see me, and this week Gigi and Grandpa Ross came for a visit! I love hanging out with my Auntie Emily and Aunt Sesame too, and tomorrow I get to see even more family! Yeah for NanNan, PopPop, Aunt Carrie, Uncle Chris, and Aunt Leigh!

I've spent the whole week making Christmas crafts with my family. I tried to eat everything, but mommy wouldn't let me.








Thanks to Grandma for my pretty Christmas dress! I wore it to the Christmas Eve service, and you'll never guess who showed up! That's right! It was Santa!!!!


We ended Christmas Eve with the Denton County Winter Wonderland show. The lights were crazy and some people got out and danced in front of them, but we missed that in our video... sorry...

Well, now I'm just waiting for Santa to put presents under my tree! I gotta go to sleep! I hope he brings me Muuno!

A Day at the Symphony

Yesterday, mommy and daddy took me to the symphony. I went dressed as a ballerina. We sat up really high and it kind of scared daddy when I got near the railing. I danced to Star Wars and then we walked over the the museum. They had a really pretty garden and a pretty gigantic red fork.

Halloween 2011

Grandpa, Grandma, and Auntie Em took me to a pumpkin patch last weekend! I just ran and ran and ran!

Then Mommy and Daddy took me to El Dia los Muertos on Saturday and I danced to the mariachi music with Turo!

But tonight was my favorite because we went trick or treating near the park! Last Halloween I didn't know much about candy, but I sure do now! My favorite thing about Halloween this year was running up to the house to get candy. I followed Maryle a lot and held hands with mommy while we walked down the street! I decided that I wanted to "Trick and Treat forever!" And then about 8 pm I got tuckered out and sat down on the curb. Now, I'm going to eat all my candy!

I'm talking a whole lot now! Mommy and daddy can pretty much understand everything I say. Sometimes I get a bit bossy though. I love going to the library and I really love singing songs about my friends and family. Dad taught me to sing "Cool it Now" by New Edition and I sing it all the time.

I love to bark like Diego dog and I'm getting really good at hiding in the house! Mommy had to buy me squeaky shoes so she won't lose me.

During Spring Break we went to the square and listened to music:

I got my own cardboard house to play in.
I went to the zoo with Redding and Finn:

And I even got to stay the night with Nannan.

I'm looking forward to the summertime!

Gotta Gotta Get Up to Get Down

I've been saying lots of cool new phrases, and I've even memorized a lot of the beginning of my picture books.
"I get up" " I get down" "Going to the library"
In the middle of the night I woke up, pulled on my socks and said, "I don't like socks!"
I spend a lot of time talking about all of my grandparents and relatives, and I still love reading. In fact, I'll spend 20 minutes a day just looking at my books.

Redding's been coming over a lot lately, and I try to boss him around, but he won't really do what I want him to. He does let me push him around a lot on my Winnie the Pooh plane though.

Old B and Auntie Em come over a lot too. I really like playing with Old B!!
